The Fury vs Klitschko 2 fight has been cancelled that was reshechduled to take place on the 29th October at the Manchester Arena.
Tyson Fury's laywers have lodged High Court papers to defend the charges made against him that he used a performing enhancing substance.
Fury was tested positive for the banned substance back in February 2015, nine months before he won his world title fight against Klitschko.
The champion has questioned why it has taken until June 2016 to bring the charges against him especially when he was told by UKAD he would face no action over the test.
Further test were also carried out prior to the world title fight in Nov 2015, all returned negative results.
Team Fury were told by UKAD that contamination of a dietry supplement was the likely cause of the positive result.
The Fury vs Klitschko 2 fight has been postponed after the world champion suffered an ankle injury during training. Fury sends his apologies to fans for having to wait longer for the rematch which was initially scheduled for 9 July. The venue will remain the same and the new fight date will be announced soon.

Tyson has often suffered racial abuse throughtout his life because of his Traveller heritage and would never wish anyone else to suffer the same. Fury stated he has many close friends from mixed race and backgrounds and respects everyone equally despite race, religion or sex orientation.
It was revelaed that Eddie Hearn, the promoter of Anthony Joshua has started talking with Tyson's uncle Peter Fury about an all British boxing fight between the two biggest heavyweight champions. If it happens, no doubt it would be the biggest fight in british history.
